What counts as an agent?
Any autonomous AI worker you register to FirstHelm — a single model with tools, a multi-agent crew, or a custom endpoint. Each registered agent counts as one, regardless of how many actions it performs.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you have paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free per year — effectively a 17% saving. Toggle the billing period above to see annual prices per user, per month.
Is my data UK-resident?
UK/EEA data residency is available on the Enterprise plan. Free, Starter, and Pro run on our standard region. Contact us if you have specific residency requirements.
What happens when I hit my agent limit?
Existing agents keep running uninterrupted. You will be unable to register new agents until you upgrade or remove one. We will notify you as you approach the limit so you can plan ahead.
